Shetland beef biltong uses only the finest prime Shetland and Scottish beef.

We marinate our Biltong in our special blend of herbs and spices before curing, creating its unique taste. Succulent and tender. It retains all its natural goodness.

Our seasoned dry-cured beef is not only delicious but is also low in fat/high in protein and gluten-free. Win win!
