The Shetland Islands, 130 miles from mainland Scotland, are renowned for their produce. Among these is Shetland lamb which, as a result of coming from animals free to roam over great distances, is particularly lean.
Shetland lamb biltong is marinaded in our special blend of herbs and spices before air curing, creating its own unique taste. Succulent and tender, it retains all of the goodness ensuing from flocks able to forage from birth in the distinctive habitat of Scotland's most northerly islands.
Our seasoned dry cured lamb biltong is not only a delicious snack but it is also low in fat, high in fibre and gluten free.
